⚡ How Energy Innovation Shapes Society: The Legacy of Nikola   Tesla and the Search for Sustainable Power   In a world increasingly dependent on electricity, the quest for cheap, renewable, and reliable energy remains one of the greatest challenges of our time. Electricity powers our homes, businesses, hospitals, and schools—it’s the quiet force behind almost every modern convenience. Help from relatives for sufferers from depression - e-book

Dear future partner,

Depression is a painful nervous disease. According to WHO statistics, it leads to around one million suicides worldwide every year, with a strong upward trend at the moment due to the overall situation with the corona pandemic.

Since 1998, I have gained more and more experience with depression - through my own illnesses until 2008, through the help I received at the time, especially from those who were formerly affected, and through my work in supporting sufferers and their families.

I found out that, in addition to good specialist medical treatment, it is very important that those affected apply a few very simple rules and methods in everyday life. And that it is almost more important that relatives and friends understand depression properly and learn what to do and what not to do. If this is observed, the sufferer can endure the illness more easily and, in most cases, comes out of it more quickly.

Unfortunately, these very important topics of "help" and "self-help" are almost completely neglected, and there is hardly any practical information about them. With my two books I help to close this gap. Everything that has really proven its worth according to my experience, I have written down there in an easy-to-understand way.
